Patchwork Pig accepts orders through this website, by email patchworkpig@earthlink.net, phone 602-861-9490 or fax 602-861-3537. Items will be charged to your Visa, MasterCard,Discover or American Express card in U.S. funds. Personal checks and C.O.D. are not accepted.
Your order will be shipped via USPS or UPS or FedEX and insured for full value. Please allow up to 5-7 days for shipping. Priority Mail or Air service is available should you require faster service. Shipping times may vary during busy holiday seasons. An email confirmation will be sent to you when your order is received. Another email will follow with the amount of your order plus shipping and handling and method of shipment.
Backorders: Occasionally, your item may be out of stock. We will email you when it is available. You will not be charged until the item is ready to ship and you will only be charged one postage per order, even if we send you more than one shipment.
Returns and Exchanges: We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, let us know within 10 days from receipt of your order. We will gladly accept returns of unwashed, unworn or defective merchandise. We’ll send you another color, a new size, an entirely different style or a refund. A return must be authorized by email before it will be accepted at our office. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Failure to return goods within 5 days of authorization date shall constitute acceptance by you. Merchandise damaged by the buyer may not be returned (care must be taken when wearing jewelry). For returns or exchanges - place merchandise in box with original invoice or receipt and ship via insured mail.
Colors: We have photographed our products to show the actual colors of each item. However, we cannot guarantee the color because different computer monitors may represent the color in a different shade.
Sizes: We carry Junior, Missy and Women’s sizes.
